ANA flight attendants were not very well versed in the English language. Very hard to communicate our needs.
The flight attendents were very attentive. I started to havecan upset stomach on decent and the attendent checked in on me to see if I needed any help, she got me a botte of water and checked in on me again once we had fully landed. I really appreciated the concern and care they showed.

1. Missed our flight connection in Chicago because of delayed take-off from Tokyo. We were forced to use another airline and we landed in NYC about 5 hours later. 2. ANA flight attendants were not very well versed in the English language. Very hard to communicate our needs.

Great leg room
I was next to an obese person who literally took half of my seat. That was extremely uncomfortable.
Going back home to the US
I had 15 hours layover in Amsterdam so I got me a hotel.one hour after I got to the hotel I got a notification from Kayak app asking me to go get my bag from Schiphol. My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too.

I wanted the salami and cheese crackers but the flight wasn’t given any, so I chose the veggie smash/pita bread/quinoa/almond thing. Not too bad, but definitely no match for salami and cheese crackers. You know?

To be honest, everything was OK.
It got us to London. My bags were quickly available.
The seats were SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't sleep at all and have a headache because of them. Absolutely atrocious. The food was meh. One of the flight attendants was so rude I dreaded every time she headed over. I'll be flying with Delta in the future.

The only challenge for me was they couldn't take my form of payment on the plane for some food so I was out of luck. I had a Mastercard debit from the states. It is also a loss of revenue for you guys as well. They couldn't take the apple pay from the passenger next to me either. I know it's a lot of systems to update

Airlines staff took my complaint seriously and found the bag at Hongkong airport. Later the bag was brought to SFO and delivered at my temporary stay. Very good job done.
On arrival on 10th Sep at SFO, I found one of my checked-in baggages was missing. This made me bit worried. I made a complaint to airlines staff there. Some inconveniences caused since I kept my needed cloths in that bag.

The fact that my father was diagnosed with Cancer and they wouldn’t refund our 1300.00 for round trip tickets to the Philippines which is our vacation home. The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see

The flight was good. Takeoff and landing were great. Service in flight great.
The online safety show didn’t work. They started it several times, then did it in Edson. The overhead reading lights flashed on and off periodically making me a bit concerned about the electricals. Our main piece of luggage was sent on a different flight. It took us over an hour to locate that had happened. We waited at the distribution point. We got one Piecebut not the other. After all we’re taken from the belt we went in search and found it.
Not the best. Marginal food and hassled about carry-on that fit the size requirements. More like premium economy.
Overseas flight and the seats were so tiny. I literally have bruises on my legs on the sides and on my knees from being crammed into the seat in front of me. I'm 73" tall and I couldn't even lower my tray all the way to set food and drink on it.
Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place.

We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!

The China Southern People in Penang, including the MAB staff that assist, are outstanding. The flight attendants are also wonderful. I am also pleased with the timing of the added flights to and from Penang. The timing is wonderful for my flights to the US. They have become seamless.
